About Us

Ken Carper Jr. has been around Real Estate almost his entire life. His father started helping people buy and sell homes in 1970 and he is still a full time Realtor today. Ken graduated high school in 1986 and was already working for a local residential builder. He worked in all areas of the construction process including framing, concrete, roofing, siding, painting ... In 1991 he got his license to sell Real Estate and worked at Gateway Realty until 2010 when he moved to ReMax Associates of Lancaster. In 2004 he obtained his Broker’s license. He has been a part of over 1000 transactions. He is married and has 4 children and lives in the Lititz area of Lancaster County.
